General

To arrange a purchase, please contact me by email (enquiries@jeffaustinfineart.com) to ensure that the item(s) you require are still available. Postage and packing charges will vary depending on your order. Orders will only be processed once the customer has agreed to such arrangements. Acceptance and delivery of orders by Jeff Austin for artwork are subject to the clearance of funds. Work remains the property of Jeff Austin until cleared funds are received. The customer accepts sole responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in respect of the importation of works that they have ordered. Copyright of all artwork purchased (or images of, featured on jeffaustinfineart.com) remains with Jeff Austin, and in no case may any party reproduce such images. Purchases from Jeff Austin will be processed in British Pounds Sterling and, where applicable, at the prevailing rate of exchange operated by the clearing bank. Where an approximate conversion rate is provided, this shall be for general guidance only. Customers warrant that they have the authority to make purchases from jeffaustinfineart.com in their own name and are 18 years of age or over. Delivery time will vary depending on the type of work purchased and delivery arrangements. Generally, orders within the UK can be expected within 21 days. Alternative arrangements may be made subject to an additional charge.

Delivery Address

Artwork will only be delivered to the address supplied by the customer. Items will not be left without a signature. Please note that if we are unable to deliver artwork to you and we or our agents are required to take the artwork into storage or to rearrange delivery, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any storage and additional delivery costs.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with the purchase of your artwork. If an item is returned in its original condition, we will will offer a refund of the purchase price. To qualify for a refund:

· You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods by email, post or telephone. You must give your contact details.
· You must send all artwork back using our approved courier service.
· Artwork must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
· Artwork must be returned in original condition and with any original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return deliveries, including all packaging, delivery and insurance costs. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. Refunds will normally be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. A refund will not be given for items which have been used or are custom order (commissioned) items. A handling fee of £15 will be charged to cover administration costs. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Damages

A refund will be made for any work damaged during transit. To qualify, please keep all artwork and packaging as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email or telephone. A refund will be made for any artwork damaged during transit. If there is excessive damage to the packaging on arrival, you must refuse to accept the item. You must send all artwork back using our approved courier service. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. Artwork must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The buyer must include the original packaging materials with the artwork when returning damaged goods.

The copyright for all artwork remains with Jeff Austin.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
